Let’s cover what you can expect during your first visit at Douglas Dental.

First off, we’re thrilled to have you consider Douglas Dental as your new dental care destination in Des Moines. Whether you’ve recently moved to the area, or you’re just seeking a new, refreshing experience, we’re here to make the transition smooth and comfortable.

What to Expect:

Your first visit with us is all about you; your comfort, your happiness, and, of course, your dental health. During your first visit, we will:

·  Review your dental and medical history forms

·  Take X-rays of your teeth and mouth

·  Clean and polish your teeth, checking for any cavities or early signs of tooth   decay or gum disease

·  Provide a comprehensive oral exam and consult on any treatment if needed.

IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 at the initial visit.
