How often should I visit the dentist?
We recommend a check-up every six months or more depending on what the dentist recommends is right for your oral health. Regular visits help with early detection of potential issues like gingivitis or even oral cancer.
Is teeth whitening safe?
Absolutely! Our teeth whitening procedures are both safe and effective. We have a variety of options for whitening in our office. We would love to discuss your options in detail during your next visit.
What dental insurance do you accept?
Patients Who Have Dental Insurance – We will be happy to answer all of your questions and call your insurance provider to verify benefits. Please contact us to confirm if your provider is in network. As a courtesy to you, we are happy to bill your insurance company for you.
Do you offer financing options?
We offer Care Credit. Care Credit is a healthcare credit card designed to finance healthcare services like dental care and orthodontics for you or your family. CareCredit offers various special financing options to help you invest in the smile you’ve always wanted! Plus, you can use your CareCredit card over and over for follow-up appointments, as well as other CareCredit approved medical and veterinary providers in your area!*

I have dental anxiety. How can you help?
You’re not alone. Dental anxiety is fairly common, that’s why we’re happy to answer any questions you may have about your visit, or any procedures you may have with us. We also will adjust a patient’s treatment, as needed, to make them feel more comfortable.
What is Douglas Dental’s cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy requests our patients call to cancel their scheduled appointment with us at least 24 hours in advance.
